Refund Policy

1. All sales are final
All purchases made through Aspire (operated by Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company), including memberships, subscriptions, digital content, and event tickets, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange for any reason, except as expressly set out in Section 2 below or where required by applicable law.
2. Sole exception: cancelled or postponed events
If an event organized by Aspire is cancelled or postponed by us, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase price:
- Cancelled events: the full ticket price is refunded to the original payment method.
- Postponed events: your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
- Refunds cover the ticket price only. Travel, accommodation, and any other costs are not reimbursed.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from approval for the funds to reflect in your account. Timing beyond that may depend on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscriptions
Pro membership is billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time and your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period; no partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time.
5. Chargebacks
This policy is presented at checkout and accepted at the time of purchase. Initiating a chargeback for a purchase covered by this policy, instead of contacting us, may result in suspension of your account and exclusion from future events.
