1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://www.aspirescapital.comand all related services, content, memberships, and events (the “Services”), operated by Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company(“we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. No financial advice

All content on the Services, including market data, charts, articles, analysis, dashboards, alerts, and commentary, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or asset. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Market data

Market data displayed on the Services is sourced from third-party providers, may be delayed or approximated, and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data relating to trades disclosed by public officials is compiled from public filings and is illustrative in nature.

4. Accounts and memberships

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or registering for events.
  • Pro membership is a monthly subscription billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services (including scraping, reselling content, or disruptive behavior at events).

5. Events and tickets

  • Event tickets and passes are personal, non-transferable unless we state otherwise, and subject to venue capacity and admission policies.
  • We may refuse entry or remove attendees for behavior that endangers or disrupts an event, without refund.
  • Event dates, venues, speakers, and programs may change. Our Refund Policy (no refunds except for events we cancel or postpone) applies to all ticket purchases.
  • Events may be photographed and recorded. By attending you consent to the reasonable use of your likeness in event coverage and promotion.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and authorize the charge to your payment method. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy: all sales are final, with the sole exception of events that are cancelled or postponed by us, in which case approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and their content (excluding third-party data and marks) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission. Third-party names, logos, and marks referenced on the Services belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by scraping or bulk downloading data, attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, interfering with operation of the Services, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and contact
