1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Event pre-registration and signup forms: first and last name, email address, and, where you choose to provide them, phone number, company, job title, LinkedIn profile, attendee type, and investment profile details.
• Membership and payments: account details and subscription status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use it

• To provide the site, dashboards, membership features, and events.
• To contact you about events you registered interest in, including ticket availability, schedule changes, and related offers.
• To send marketing communications where you have consented; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• To improve the site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising and cookies

Article pages on this site display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Where required, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set; you can choose “Essential only” in our cookie banner.

5. Who we share data with

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Supabase: secure hosting of our database (registrations, tickets, memberships).
• Resend: transactional and event email delivery.
• Google: advertising (article pages) and analytics.
• Event co-organizers or venues, only where necessary to run an event you registered for.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, typically for the life of your account or registration and a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, financial records).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and certain US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@aspirescapital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers & security

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards and protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and least- privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
